Refund Policy
Because every StellarTies product is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or items ordered by mistake. Please review sizing guides carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@stellarties.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received If you received an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days and we'll send the correct item immediately.
Lost Packages If your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Packages confirmed lost in transit will be reshipped.
Non-Returnable Items As made-to-order products, all StellarTies items are final sale except in cases of defect, damage, or fulfillment error.
